My own journey with the Ideal Method began more than 10 years ago. I was anxious and emotionally exhausted, often blaming others, even though my life looked successful from the outside.

Discovering the method became my turning point. Step by step, I found inner strength, built my business, fulfilled my dreams, and began to see support where I once saw obstacles.

I discovered what it truly means to love life and value myself.

Today I am licensed to teach the Ideal Method in the United States. I organize events, seminars,workshops,lead courses, and work with clients privately and professionally.
