Yelena Braslavskaya
In 2012, Yelena Braslavskaya realized that people needed a different kind of career agency that takes time to understand every client personally.
That vision led to the creation of YB Services Corp, which began by connecting highly qualified nannies and housekeepers with families in Bal Harbour, Aventura, Hallandale, and Sunny Isles.
Over time, YB Services Corp evolved into YB Career Services, a full-scale agency that helps people find professional opportunities across multiple industries, including administration, manufacturing, marketing, banking, law, healthcare, sales, and hospitality.
Today, we serve clients in New York, South Florida, and beyond, offering personalized career placement, English tutoring, and U.S. citizenship preparation.
As Yelena’s passion for helping others grew, she also became a career coach and IDEAL Method consultant, guiding people to achieve not only career success but also personal fulfillment.
