YB Career Services was founded in 2012 as a VIP Nanny Service
and quickly became a trusted resource for families living in Miami, especially along the Collins Avenue coastline. I was proud to be among the first to help many families find high-quality, reliable caregivers for their children and newborns.
Over time, YB Career Services expanded to include a full range of high-end household personnel such as chefs, chauffeurs, gardeners, live-in and live-out nannies, and caregivers. As the company grew, it evolved into a professional staffing service where clients could find qualified personnel not only for private homes but also for offices and businesses. Our team help thousands of people through the years to find what they looking for.
Today, YB Career Services supports various industries – from daycares and schools to construction and corporate environments – providing bilingual professionals in sales, management, administrative roles, and executive positions.
